Fight Night

directed by William Hickman

with fight choreography by Adrian Preciado, Arianna Fawk, Daniel Cassanova, Vanessa Mena, and William Hickman.

When words fail, theatre gives you two options: to sing or to swing. Fight night is a series of plays and scenes from classical to contemporary, from dramatic to comedic that all resolve that conflict with swords, fists, axes, spears, and very little singing. We will be producing some original plays as well that have the same theme. We are looking for strong actors who can move well. (Back-flips are not required.) Auditions will be Monday and Wednesday, 12/12 and 12/14 from 12-4 pm. You will learn a short bit of fight choreography, then perform it with a partner. Callbacks will be in the room the same day.

Not a glorification of violence, rather a look at how it is expressed through story telling and theatre, with scenes from: 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' by William Shakespeare, 'Lewd Loves of a Lusty Laundress' by Jeff Goode, 'Princesses of the Zombie Apocalypse' by Vanessa Mena, 'She Kills Monsters' by Qui Nguyen, 'Two Actors' by Adam Bertocci, and more!

The play is directed By William R. Hickman, with fight choreography by Adrian Preciado, Arianna Fawk, Daniel Cassanova, Vanessa Mena, and William Hickman. There are only 4 chances to see the show: Thursday January 31st at 8pm

I am interested in performing the Lewd Loves of a Lusty Laundress as part of a workshop production this February at Pasadena City College. We will perform for 7 shows, and ticket prices are 10 for students and 15 for community. We will partner this show with a few others, including original material from the students.

Dear Jeff Goode, My name is Paul Fleming and I am one of the theatre teachers here at University Prep Academy in Seattle, Washington. My drama class is presenting a workshop production of ten minute plays. I would like to include your play Jolly Jack Junior in the series of plays presented by my students. We charge no admission for our workshop performances and we will perform in our rehearsal room/black box theatre on campus. Our performance dates are April 25 and 26. If you allow us to use your play please let me know what your royalty fee will be and I will have our business office send you a check in two weeks or less from the date I receive your invoice.
