Drink EXTRA water prior to your performance date to hydrate your voice & stay healthy.
Singers avoid all dairy- it causes phlegm which changes your singing voice
Go to bed before midnight, or you will get sick! (REST IS A REQUIRED ELEMENT TO HAVE A GREAT PERFORMANCE!) Take your vitamins!
DonÕt fall behind on classwork; bring it with you on Friday!
