I will not exterminate a Jew.

...For my country.

I know some people would consider that unpatriotic.

But I'm not going to do it.

I will not round up all the homosexuals and papists - and other undesirables - and put them in detention camps.

...For my country.

Even though I believe that those people are a threat to our way of life.

I am not going to walk into an enemy village, and massacre all the women and children.

...For my country.

I know that's insubordination.
I know I should probably just say that I was just following orders.
But I'm not going to do that.

I am not going to hold down a 14-year old Muslim girl while 5 of my platoon mates rape her and poor beer on her tits.

...For my country.

I know that makes me sound like a traitor. But I'm not going to do it.

And not because I think it's wrong.

If I've learned anything...
It's that during Wartime,
There is no Right and Wrong.
There is only Right.
And the Wrong... we kill.

But I'm not going to kill those Jews and destroy those villages and fuck the hell out of those teenage girls.
Because after this War is over.

And we're back in Peacetime.

I don't want to have to spend the rest of my life explaining my actions
When some bleeding heart non-conservatives try to
Rewrite history
And say that it was somehow WRONG
to do everything in our power to
turn this Earth into a living hellfire of shit
for all the people
and the types of people
who threatened our security.

I am not going to sit here (ten years from now) and let a bunch of pacifists
who never had to gang-rape a child
try to tell me what I should or should not regret.

So when I go to war -- this time.
I'm taking one bullet.
And that's for Saddam Hussein.
And everyone else
All the innocents.
I guess you're free to go.
