Jim's got Annie's number, thanks to Renzo, but he still hasn't called her, convinced that his wheelchair would come between them. Renzo convinces him he's wrong. Meanwhile, he borrows Jim's chair for his date with Lucinda, who quickly finds out that Renzo is a faker. Jim then tells Annie that he's the handicapped one, after she's asked him out. They make a date. Carla tells Annie to break it, because "if he can't walk, he probably can't screw." She does. Lame on so many levels.

Jane invites Sisca down for tea. Jane tells her to quit the Miss Perfect act, because she knows the chain of gonorrhea starts with Sisca. Sisca denies it hotly, but slips up and mentions someone named Luke. After she leaves, Peter is angry with Jane for saying something and breaks it off with her. At home, he offers to move out, but Sisca tells him she forgives him and that she doesn't want to break up. Happy, he sleeps on the couch. Alone, Sisca calls Luke and -- goodie two shoes no more -- chews him out for giving her the clap.

Max and Cassidy are two cool kids making out in Max's jeep. Max wants Cassidy to read an anonymous love poem printed in the school magazine. Cassidy is more interested in fooling around -- up to a point. She doesn't want to go all the way yet, but she does want to be crowned at the prom with Max at her side. That is until her conniving friend Monica tells her that Cassidy is nothing without Max, who is the real star. Monica tells Cassidy that if she can get Max to ask the unpopular Bonnie to the dance, this will prove Cassidy's power over him. Max thinks it's a stupid idea. Bonnie tells Max she knows he's the anonymous poet.
