Billy and Alicia are going out, and he pulls her under the table where he wants to have sex. But their friend, Dwight makes trouble, forcing them to stop. Alicia leaves, and Billy and Dwight stares at a piece of ass, taunting them over at the desk. It turns out that it's Billy's High School teacher happen to apply for a job at the Youth Hostel. She hits on him, very much, and he can't help to call her mrs, or ma'am, keeping it formal. She tells him that he could call her by her first name, Maureen. She fills out the application, and asks Billy for help to get the job. Billy calls his manager Janet (not mentioned in earlier episodes, would of been better if they said Lana or Kelli) and tells her about a perfect applicant. He tells Maureen to give the application to her, and she does. She comes out a few minutes later, and tells Billy that she got the job. They start to hug, and she hits on him again. She leaves, and Dwight goes to Billy, where he tells him that he should sleep with her because it's everyones fantasy. He brushes it off, and tells him that it's not his fantasy to sleep with the teacher.
Between Billy and Maureen, their is some attraction between them, but he can't take it any further, because she was his old high school teacher. While training her, she breaks some dishes in the back, and he goes to her. They kiss in a moment of weakness, but he decides to leave it at there.
It turns out that Alicia knows Maureen because Maureen is a T.A. where Alicia teaches. Billy is acting kind of harsh towards Maureen when she doesn't arrive early, and sends her in the back. Billy assists Maureen in the back, where she reveals she has a crush on him. They proceed to have sex, and Maureen tells Billy he has one more assigment to do for her... break up with Alicia, because this fantasy is turning into a reality.
While getting ready to have sex with Alicia, Billy starts to see Maureen everywhere, saying that she didn't assign to have sex with her, but to break up with her. Billy calls Alicia Maureen, and he confesses that Maureen was just a fantasy. She figures out that they had sex, and dumps him. Billy goes to Maureen, and tells her what he did. She then decide it's not going to work out, and as this episode ends, he knows it was his fault on what happened, and gives Maureen an official shirt, as an employee there.
